MUSI295a - Assignment 1: Musique concrete & Soundscapes No Comment
DISCLAIMER: No cows were hurt during the making of this assignment.
It’s that time of the week: the assignments are due and I’m done with my composition. This week’s feature: cow sounds! :D. To those back home, you all know why they’re featured. To those who don’t, expect a follow-up “Life” blog.
The first ringtone is an experiment in musique concrete. All the sounds were recorded by me, and they are: a hair band strummed in front of the microphone, my cellphone banged in a certain beat against the microphone, a glass of coke being poured, a gong, a synthesized cow moo (from my keychain cow), a cellphone ring, and my own voice.
